As always our Galway project has been working hard to benefit their community partners. In August and September they received 339kg of products and distributed 275kg.
Along with this their team managed to extend their drop off list to 31 with the following locations joining the fight against hygiene poverty:
Across August and September, our Cork project was able to donate 37 kg of products to its community partners, while receiving 44kg.
In Kildare, NHW did not pass them by with all their great work amounting to €500 in donations. It is work like this that is very important for what we do.
Our Donegal project also had a good few months, receiving 56kg of products and distributing 66kg to its community partners. This was combined with donations of €180 they received during National Hygiene Week for their very successful Hike for Hygiene.
An excellent few months was also seen by our Dublin project who collected 1,128kg of product and distributed 429kg. All products donated to THB Dublin will be distributed in the coming weeks however such an exceptional few takes time to sort. Well done to all involved. Dublin also received €960 of donations, €740 of which was a result of an excellent National Hygiene Week.
Our Dublin drop off list also increased in the last few months, with 6 locations joining us:
We would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah at Loreto Hockey Club and everyone who donated to their drive. Together, they collected an amazing 175kg. Thank you so much for your support!
Well done to the Dublin volunteers who participated in this year’s Hike for Hygiene. In total we hiked 37km. Thank you to all who donated and helped us to reach €520!
Our newest project in Wicklow, really hit the ground running with €100 and 47kg in donations. They also managed to open 6 drop-offs in their first month. Keep up the good work.
